All Package and Prebook deals are still subject to the venue entry policy on the night, any groups deemed unfit for entry into the venue will be turned away at the door. This includes individuals that do not adhere to our dress code policy, are drunk, abusive, aggressive or may breach the Health and Safety/Licensing laws of the venue.

Prepaid Packages may be entitled to a full refund, dependent on the reasons for refusal. 

Refunds will not be paid back on the night of visit but contact information will be provided so a refund can be arranged.
