Paul Spence

My name is Paul Spence. You may know me as a variety of other names
including Chippy, Goose, CSP and a fair few others that I won’t mention.

I’ve been DJing around 7 years, back in the days when Ian Laverick and
PBH took me under their wing and raised me like a small, helpless
chaffinch. Thankfully now I can almost fend for myself and you can catch
me in BPM on a Friday & Saturday 9pm ‘til 11pm & Salvation on Thursday
for York’s BIGGEST (hence the capital letters) karaoke night,  also
Friday and Saturday in the party room blasting out the best party tunes
that your ears can handle.

In the daytime I also work at Minster FM doing a whole array of fabulous
things including making great cups of tea and you may also hear me on
weekends live ont’ radio and also when nobody else is available spreading
cheer and joy across North Yorkshire.

I love playing for the people of York and my aim is to make sure that
every one of our customers has the most splendiferous night out and
leaves with a big smile on their face.
